1). Only sold to buyers of legal drinking age at the place. 2). Please refer to Sovy app for items availability. 3). If paid items are not available, Sovy offers replacement of same price and the same type. 4). Regarding gifts and discount, Sovy reserves the final decision right. 5). Sovy checks condition of label, fill level and foil and will reflect to supplier if necessary. 6). Sovy does not guarantee the items are at their peak or at any state. Any bottle of over 10 years old may be already out of drink-window, please check reviews in prior. 7). It is the receiver's responsibility to check the condition of any goods received including glassware and accessories, at the time of delivery. 8). Refund is only available when valid receipt and complete bought product(s) is provided in 7 days of wines received and refund guarantee will only be applicable on wine or champagne below HK$750 (per bottle) or less than 10 years old. 9). Attention to buyer of bank-transfer, all item(s) are opened to public and will be sold out anytime. Item(s) will not be reserved until full amount of payment received. If item sold out when full payment confirmed, we shall credit full amount of the item in Sovy Coins. You are advised to settle the payment and send us transaction evidence ASAP. 10).If any quality related issue please send email to user-service at sovy.wine or talk to us from Sovy app. 11).Sovy reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. 12).Sovy offers free delivery service to all home or office addresses on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and in the New Territories. (Please refer to SF express Refrigerated Delivery Service service area) 13).For orders within Macau, a minimum delivery charge of HK$120 per order will apply (min. buy 6 bottles). A delivery charge of HKD$20 per extra bottle will apply to orders of more than 6 bottles. 14).Delivery fees are subject to our final confirmation at time of order. Sovy reserves the right for any price adjustment, due to unforeseen fluctuation without prior notice. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. 15).If the item is out of stock, customer can choose to receive refund through original payment method (credit card, FPS or HSBC transfer) or Sovy Coins. Once the Sovy Coins are issued to customer, customer can not request reimbursement of Sovy Coins in other forms.
