Château Camensac is a Bordeaux wine estate in the Haut-Medoc region, just over the border from Saint-Julien.The estate has around 75 hectares (185 acres) of vines with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot planted in an approximate 60:40 split. Vineyards are largely continguous; the railway line divides the main blocks from the "Lagrange" plots, which are adjacent to Château Lagrange in Saint-Julien. Soils are predominantly gravel (with a zone of sandy gravel) and planted to Cabernet Sauvignon; areas of chalky clay around the borders of the property are where most of the Merlot blocks are situated.
