Joseph Drouhin, Chambertin Clos De Beze Grand Cru, 2019
🏰Drouhin Laroze's Chambertin Clos de Bèze Grand Cru 2019 is a magnificent expression from one of Burgundy's most prestigious Grand Cru vineyards, renowned for its 【power, complexity, and exceptional longevity】. The 2019 vintage in Burgundy was generally excellent, offering both ripeness and freshness. Expect a wine with intense red and black fruit aromas, nuanced earthy notes, and a hint of spice, supported by a firm yet elegant tannic structure that promises great aging potential.
🍴 This noble red Burgundy is superb with roasted game birds like pheasant or duck, coq au vin, or rich mushroom dishes. For an Asian pairing, consider it with Peking duck or a delicate braised pigeon with truffle. Aged, firm cheeses are also an ideal match.
🥂 An outstanding choice for a milestone anniversary, a serious wine tasting, or a grand celebratory dinner.
