🏰 Jean Claude Ramonet's Bâtard Montrachet Grand Cru 2000 is a magnificent white 布根地 (Burgundy) from a highly respected producer. While specific 2000 white 布根地 (Burgundy) vintage reports are not extensively detailed in the provided snippets, the year 2000 was generally considered a good vintage for white Burgundies, producing wines with good ripeness and balance. Bâtard Montrachet is one of the most prestigious Grand Cru vineyards, known for yielding wines of immense power, richness, and complexity, often displaying notes of ripe orchard fruit, honey, toasted nuts, and profound minerality, with exceptional aging potential. 【布根地白酒特級園的巔峰之作】
🍴 This opulent Grand Cru white 布根地 (Burgundy) demands equally refined food pairings. Consider roasted lobster with butter sauce, pan-seared foie gras, rich poultry dishes like capon with truffles, or mature, creamy cheeses such as Époisses or Comté.
🥂 An extraordinary choice for a landmark celebration, a connoisseur's tasting, or a truly indulgent dining experience. This wine is a testament to the unparalleled quality of Ramonet and the grandeur of Bâtard Montrachet.
BACKGROUND
Domaine Ramonet is a prominent wine producer in the Burgundy appellations of Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet, France. Ramonet owns more than 15 hectares (37 acres) of vineyards. The primary grape variety is Chardonnay, with a small amount of Pinot Noir also planted. The estate's most important wines are made from Chardonnay from the area's grand cru vineyards, and are highly collectible, often selling for high prices at auction. Domaine Ramonet makes several red wines from Pinot Noir as well. Domaine Ramonet is now run by Noël and Jean-Claude Ramonet, following the death of their father Pierre in the mid-1990s.
