🏰 The 2018 vintage in Burgundy was generally celebrated for its generous yields and ripe, concentrated fruit, offering wines with both immediate appeal and aging potential. Faiveley's Charmes Chambertin Grand Cru 2018 embodies this, presenting a wine of 【exquisite perfume and silky elegance】. Expect a bouquet of delicate red berries, violets, and a hint of forest floor, leading to a palate that is beautifully balanced with fine tannins and a long, graceful finish.
🍴 This elegant red Burgundy is a superb match for classic French cuisine. Think roasted duck breast with cherry sauce, pan-seared guinea fowl, or a delicate mushroom risotto. For an East-meets-West twist, consider Cantonese-style roasted pigeon or a refined dim sum selection.
🥂 Perfect for a sophisticated dinner party, a special anniversary celebration, or a quiet evening appreciating a fine Grand Cru.
