🏰 The 2018 vintage in 布根地 (Burgundy) was characterized by a wet winter and spring, followed by a warm and sunny summer, leading to a good crop. Temperatures were consistently above average, but without extreme heat spikes, allowing vines to avoid stress. Growers aimed to pick early to preserve acidity. Anne Boisson's Meursault Les Chevalières 2018, a white 布根地 wine, is described as having good concentration. Expect a round and balanced profile with a kick of acidity on the lingering finish. Tasting notes often highlight chalky minerality, a generous body, a creamy mid-palate, and an emphatically dry finish, with attractive lemon-cream and melted-butter character, sometimes a hint of hazelnut, and a lovely floral stony nose with sweet fruit. 【展現默爾索風土的經典白酒】
🍴 This classic Meursault pairs beautifully with prawn cocktail avocado, grilled sea bass, or a rich stew of veal in a cream sauce. It's also an excellent match for Beaufort cheese, roast poultry, and other rich fish dishes with creamy sauces.
🥂 Ideal for fine dining, celebratory meals, or a sophisticated dinner party where its elegance and complexity can shine.
BACKGROUND
Domaine Pierre Boisson/Anne Boisson is a family winery. The winery is run by father Bernard (retired in 2016), son Pierre and daughter Anne. Although it is the same winery, the wines produced by the three people will be labeled separately. on their respective names. They jointly own 8.5 hectares of land around the Cote de Beaune, and the vineyard's terroir is wet stone and flint, giving the grapes more minerality.
