FEATURES
🏰 The 1994 vintage in Bordeaux, specifically for Château Latour-Martillac, experienced a wet April but an ideal spring that led to early flowering. The summer was hot and sunny until a significant deluge on September 7th, which continued through the rest of the month. Fortunately, conditions remained too cool to encourage rot, making careful grape selection crucial to avoid overly diluted berries. This Graves Classified Growth red wine displays a deep ruby-red color with a subtle hint of brown due to its age. The nose is complex and refined, offering enticing aromas of blackcurrant, plum, and a delicate hint of cedarwood. On the palate, the wine is smooth and full-bodied, with well-integrated tannins that provide an elegant structure. Flavors of dark fruit are beautifully complemented by notes of tobacco and spices. The finish is long and harmonious, showcasing a subtle minerality that highlights the wine's overall complexity. 【A Graves Classified Growth known for its elegant structure and refined complexity】. 🍴 This mature Bordeaux pairs wonderfully with classic meat dishes such as veal, pork, beef, lamb, duck, game, roast chicken, and other roasted, braised, or grilled preparations. Its elegant structure and dark fruit profile also make it a good match for dishes with earthy undertones or subtle spice. 🥂 This mature Bordeaux is an excellent choice for a sophisticated dinner party, a gathering of wine enthusiasts, or any occasion where a refined, aged claret is appreciated. It is drinking beautifully now, offering a harmonious balance of fruit and tertiary notes. Serve at a cellar temperature of around 16-18°C (60-64°F) to allow its complex aromas to fully express themselves.
