FEATURES
🏰This 2016 Cotes du Roussillon Villages Les Trois Maries is hailed as 【one of the finest wines to come from the Roussillon】, a truly legendary Grenache in the making. The 2016 vintage delivered a ripe, full-bodied expression, boasting incredible intensity. Expect a palate packed with black cherries, chocolate, and spice, leading to a full-bodied and rich experience with a silky, ridiculously long finish. Despite its 16.2% alcohol, it tastes ripe, round, and delicious without any heat. Aromas of attractive blackberry and plum mingle with hints of dried flowers and orange peel, all supported by creamy tannins and a seamless texture.
🍴 This robust red wine is a fantastic match for hearty dishes. Think slow-cooked beef short ribs, grilled lamb chops with rosemary, or a rich wild mushroom ragu. For an Asian twist, consider a Cantonese-style roasted goose or a spicy Sichuan beef stir-fry.
🥂 Perfect for a cozy dinner party with friends, a celebratory barbecue, or simply enjoying with a substantial meal on a cool evening.
