Chateau de Saint Cosme is the oldest estate in Gigondas, dating back to 1490. Under Louis Barruol, the winery produces powerful, whole-cluster fermented Grenache-based wines that are celebrated for their deep color, intense dark fruit, and remarkable aging potential.
