🏰The 2021 vintage in Burgundy, particularly for white wines like Meursault, is noted for its 【freshness and vibrant acidity】, a result of a challenging but ultimately rewarding growing season. Despite lower yields due to frost, the wines are praised for their purity and classic character, offering excellent aging potential. This Meursault from Ballot Millot is expected to showcase bright citrus, green apple, and a subtle nutty complexity, characteristic of the appellation's terroir.
🍴 Food pairing with this elegant Meursault would be pan-seared scallops with a lemon butter sauce, roasted chicken with herbs, or a creamy mushroom risotto. For an Asian twist, try steamed garoupa with ginger and spring onion, or a delicate dim sum selection.
🥂 This wine is perfect for a sophisticated dinner party, a special anniversary celebration, or as a thoughtful gift for a white Burgundy enthusiast.
