🏰 The 2019 vintage for white Burgundy is highly regarded, producing wines with good ripeness, freshness, and complexity. They tend to be concentrated with vibrant acidity, offering good aging potential. Bernard Bonin's Bourgogne Blanc Initiales BB 2019 is expected to reflect these characteristics, showcasing bright citrus and orchard fruit notes, a hint of minerality, and a crisp, refreshing finish. This wine is a testament to the quality of the vintage, offering both immediate enjoyment and the potential for further development. 【Highly regarded 2019 white Burgundy vintage】.

BACKGROUND
Domaine Bernard-Bonin is a wine producer based in the town of Meursault, in the Côte de Beaune sub-region in the heart of Burgundy's Côte d'Or. Most of the winery's vineyards are located in the Meursault region, many of which are First Cru level, and it also owns some plots in neighboring Puligny-Montrachet. The estate produces only white wine, almost exclusively Chardonnay. In 1998 the domaine was taken over by husband-and-wife team Nicolas Bernard and Véronique Bonin, who manage 7 hectares (17 acres) of vineyards, including plots of Meursault's Genevrères and Charmes Premier Crus. Bernard-Bonin uses biodynamic methods and the estate has been certified organic since 2015.
