On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied, layered, and concentrated, with tangy acidity and a penetrating finish. Expect that signature Meursault mineral gunflint reduction, buttery popcorn notes, and ripe orchard fruit, all contributing to a voluminous wine with exceptional life.

BACKGROUND
Domaine Pierre Boisson/Anne Boisson is a family winery. The winery is run by father Bernard (retired in 2016), son Pierre and daughter Anne. Although it is the same winery, the wines produced by the three people will be labeled separately. on their respective names. They jointly own 8.5 hectares of land around the Cote de Beaune, and the vineyard's terroir is wet stone and flint, giving the grapes more minerality.
