FEATURES
🏰 Strohmeier's Weiss N°10 2019 is an exquisitely sophisticated natural white wine, crafted with "grapes, love, and time" and minimal intervention, offering a 【unique and complex sensory experience】. Strohmeier is renowned for producing natural wines, free of chemical additives and practically sulfur dioxide-free. The grapes are hand-harvested and meticulously selected, fermented as whole bunches (stems included) in 500-600 liter barrels for 12 months, then pressed and matured for another 24 months in neutral barrels before bottling unfined, unfiltered, and with zero sulfur added. The 2017 vintage of N°10 was a blend of 90% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Chardonnay, Muskateller, and Weissburgunder.
👃 This wine boasts a hypnotic, exciting, and fascinating personality. The bouquet reveals notes of cucumber, salt, pear, and coriander. On the palate, it is distinctly mineral, with subtle hints of peach and dried herbs. It offers a smooth and silky texture, yet with surprising depth of flavors and a crisp tannic finish. You might also detect notes of jasmine, apple, almond, quince, orange, tea, and dried herbs, along with heaps of citrus, stone fruit, and a pleasant saltiness. It is both elegant and robust, utterly refined.
🍴 This unique white wine pairs well with seafood, white fish, and rice dishes. It's also excellent with stinky cheese, roast white meats, root vegetables, white sauce dishes, spicy food, and fried food. Consider meat rice dishes, stews, and hotpots for a more adventurous pairing.
🥂 A unique and contemplative wine for adventurous palates and natural wine enthusiasts. Best served in big glasses to fully enjoy its evolution and layers of flavor. Ideal for a gastronomic experience or a gathering with fellow wine explorers who appreciate artisanal winemaking.
