Domaine Derain, founded by Dominique Derain, is a pioneer of biodynamic farming and natural winemaking in Burgundy. Located in Saint-Aubin, the domaine produces wines with minimal intervention, native yeasts, and very low sulfur. 'En Remilly' is a top Premier Cru vineyard situated just above the Grand Crus of Puligny and Chassagne. This Chardonnay is vibrant, textured, and deeply mineral, offering notes of citrus, white flowers, and a long, saline finish.
