FEATURES
🏰【Dujac's 2014 Clos de la Roche Grand Cru is a testament to resilience and expertise, offering an orchestrated symphony of ripe cherries and blackcurrants with exceptional balance and depth.】 This standout 2014 Burgundy, from a vintage marked by dramatic contrasts including a hail-impacted summer, reveals a detailed, "cool" bouquet of Morello, crushed strawberry, and cold limestone scents. The palate is beautifully balanced with fine tannins and a mineral core, showcasing sexy, spicy whole-bunch stems, elegant red cherries, red plum, and incense, with a subtle darker tone of black cherry and black plum developing with air. 🍴 Chinese Cantonese food pairing various types of suggestion east or west corresponding to wine cost This red Burgundy pairs well with red meats in red wine sauces, marinated or roasted game, and medium-tasting cheeses. Its elegant fruit and fine tannins also complement Cantonese roasted squab or Western slow-braised short ribs. 🥂 fit for event suggestion IN ENGLISH Ideal for a sophisticated dinner party or a special occasion where a complex and age-worthy red Burgundy is desired. Serve at 16-18°C (60-64°F) and consider decanting for 1-2 hours to allow its intricate layers to unfold.
