🏰 The 2015 vintage for Chassagne-Montrachet is generally well-regarded, producing wines with good balance and aging potential. Lamy-Caillat's Les Champs Gains 1er Cru is known for its expressive character. This white Burgundy often presents a beautiful nose of sesame, butter, and white flowers, with a fresh yet supple palate and well-integrated oak. It offers signature yogurt-esque notes and salinity, providing excellent balance. The wine is drinking well now but has potential for further maturation.
【 Expressive and buttery character with balancing salinity 】
🍴 This elegant white Burgundy pairs wonderfully with rich fish like salmon or tuna, creamy pasta dishes, and mild, soft cheeses.
🥂 Perfect for a sophisticated dinner party, a celebratory meal, or as a delightful accompaniment to a special seafood feast.
