🏰 The 2022 Burgundy vintage is celebrated for its 【excellent quality and harmonious wines】, with Bruno Clair's Marsannay Les Grasses Tetes 2022 showcasing optimal grape maturity and fine tannins. This particular Marsannay is known as the most firmly structured of the appellation's reds, presenting a bold and luscious profile with refreshing sapidity. Expect intense red and dark fruit aromas of cranberry, cherry, and raspberry, complemented by notes of earth, minerality, and subtle spice. The palate offers a tight, linear structure, vibrant acidity, and fine, firm tannins, leading to a powerful, focused, and long finish with significant aging potential.
🍴 This robust Pinot Noir is a superb match for grilled poultry, Coq au Vin, duck, goose, or other game birds. It also pairs wonderfully with mature soft cheeses like Epoisses, or a veal chop with chanterelles.
🥂 Ideal for a special dinner, a gathering of Burgundy enthusiasts, or a cellar addition for those who appreciate age-worthy Pinot Noir. Its structure and fruit concentration make it enjoyable now with decanting, but it will truly shine with a few more years of bottle age.
