Domaine du Collier was founded in 1999 by Antoine Foucault and Caroline Boireau in the Saumur region of the Loire Valley. The estate is dedicated to organic and biodynamic farming, focusing on old-vine Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc. Their wines are aged extensively in deep tuffeau cellars, resulting in profound, textured, and highly sought-after expressions of the terroir.
