🏰 The 2022 Domaine Dujac Morey-Saint-Denis 1er Cru is already showing immense promise, described as a delightful and joyful wine. It presents delicate yet intense fruit, fine balance, and good acidity for the vintage. Expect aromas of dark plums and cherries intertwined with baking spices and orange zest, leading to a velvety attack and a rich core of fruit, all framed by powdery tannins and lively acids. This wine is often hailed as the 【 sleeper of the Dujac portfolio 】, offering remarkable refinement and complexity that punches well above its weight class. The 2022 vintage in Burgundy is noted for cooler nights and good acidity, contributing to characterful wines that beautifully express their individual terroirs.
🍴 This sophisticated red Burgundy is an ideal match for roasted duck, goose, or other game birds. Its elegance also complements dishes like pan-seared foie gras, truffle-infused pasta, or a selection of aged, firm cheeses.
🥂 An excellent choice for a special celebration, a refined dinner party, or a serious tasting among Burgundy connoisseurs. Its youthful vibrancy makes it enjoyable now, but its structure suggests a rewarding evolution with further cellaring.
