🏰The 2014 Ponsot Clos de la Roche Grand Cru 'Cuvée Vieilles Vignes' is a testament to resilience and expertise, emerging from a vintage of dramatic contrasts to deliver exceptional balance and depth. 【This Grand Cru offers an orchestrated symphony of ripe cherries and blackcurrants, harmonized with earthy undertones and a vibrant acidity, leading to a lengthy finish that speaks volumes of its terroir and the domaine's philosophy of crafting long-lived wines without new oak.】
🍴 This powerful and elegant Pinot Noir is an ideal partner for sophisticated dishes such as roasted duck with cherry reduction, pan-seared foie gras, or a rich wild mushroom ragout. It also excels with game birds and aged, firm cheeses.
🥂 A truly magnificent wine for serious collectors and connoisseurs, perfect for a grand celebration, a significant anniversary, or a profound tasting experience. This Burgundy wine can reveal all its balance and precision after many years in the cellar.
