Expect a wine with a rich bouquet of ripe red and black fruits, subtle floral notes, and complex earthy undertones. The palate should reveal fine, integrated tannins and a refreshing acidity, leading to a harmonious and lingering finish, indicative of a mature and well-structured Pinot Noir from a favourable vintage.
🍴 This magnificent Grand Cru pairs exquisitely with roasted game birds such as duck or pheasant, classic beef bourguignon, rich mushroom dishes, and a selection of mature, nuanced cheeses.
🥂 A truly exceptional wine for a significant celebration, a serious wine tasting, or a contemplative evening. Its Grand Cru status and age make it a wine to be savoured and appreciated for its evolving complexity.
