🏰 The 2021 Marc Colin Montrachet Grand Cru is a 【brilliant success in an agronomically challenging vintage】, showcasing immense Grand Cru power and lovely fruit. This Chardonnay marvel exhibits aromas of citrus oil, fresh mint, peach, buttery pastry, and white flowers. On the palate, it's full-bodied, deep, and satiny, with a textural attack leading to a concentrated, layered, and tensile mid-palate, culminating in a long, resonant finish.
🍴 This magnificent white Burgundy is superb with rich fish dishes like pan-seared scallops, lobster thermidor, or roasted turbot. It also complements poultry in creamy sauces, pasta with white truffle, and mild, soft cheeses beautifully.
🥂 An exceptional choice for a celebratory feast, a milestone anniversary, or a serious wine tasting where its complexity and grandeur can be fully appreciated. This is a wine to impress and savor.
