It also reveals classic gamey, peppery nuances, dark fruits like black raspberries and blackberries, toasted spice, cured meats, and a beautiful floral character. On the palate, it is velvety, supple, and ripe, with powerful yet refined tannins and a long, elegant finish.
🍴 This superb Cote Rotie pairs beautifully with roasted lamb, grilled beef, game meats such as venison or wild boar, and rich dishes seasoned with herbs and black pepper.
