🏰 The 2021 布根地 vintage was challenging, marked by tiny and heterogeneous yields, yet it produced 【harmonious and elegant reds with lower alcohol concentrations, showcasing fruitiness and freshness】. Lucien Le Moine's Bonnes Mares Grand Cru 2021, from this nuanced vintage, is expected to offer an 【alluring bouquet of red cherries, wild strawberries, and delicate floral notes, underscored by subtle hints of earth and spice】. On the palate, it displays remarkable precision and elegance, with fine-grained tannins and vibrant acidity providing structure to a pure fruit core. Some 2021 Bonnes Mares showed excellent clarity, refined tannins, and sweet red fruit, though on the lighter side, while others revealed a lovely perfume, darker fruit, and a sensual mid-palate with a lively finish. This wine promises graceful evolution over 15-20 years.
🍴 This exquisite Pinot Noir is a superb match for delicate cured meats, mushroom or truffle dishes, rich duck ragù, or pan-seared salmon and tuna steak. It also beautifully complements roasted beets, roast chicken, Coq au Vin, pork tenderloin, and mild cheeses.
🥂 A grand choice for a significant celebration, a special anniversary, or for serious 布根地 collectors. This wine is crafted for graceful aging and will reward patience.
