750ml
Label : Good Label

Capsule : Good Capsule
🏰 The 2013 Burgundy vintage was characterized by a challenging growing season, but patient winemakers who allowed for extended 'hang time' produced wines with good balance and expression. [cite: 14 from previous output] Jean Claude Ramonet's Chassagne Montrachet Morgeot Rouge 1er Cru, a rare red from a region famed for whites, is known for its elegance and depth. Expect a wine with 【delicate red berry fruits, subtle earthy notes, and a fine tannic structure, offering a nuanced expression of Pinot Noir with good aging potential】.
🍴 This refined red Burgundy pairs wonderfully with roasted poultry, game birds like pheasant, or mushroom-based dishes. For an Eastern pairing, consider Cantonese roast pigeon or delicate stir-fried beef with seasonal vegetables.
🥂 An excellent choice for a connoisseur's dinner, a special occasion, or a unique addition to a Burgundy collection.
BACKGROUND
Domaine Ramonet is a prominent wine producer in the Burgundy appellations of Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet, France. Ramonet owns more than 15 hectares (37 acres) of vineyards. The primary grape variety is Chardonnay, with a small amount of Pinot Noir also planted. The estate's most important wines are made from Chardonnay from the area's grand cru vineyards, and are highly collectible, often selling for high prices at auction. Domaine Ramonet makes several red wines from Pinot Noir as well. Domaine Ramonet is now run by Noël and Jean-Claude Ramonet, following the death of their father Pierre in the mid-1990s.
