Domaine Tollot-Beaut is a historic and highly respected family estate located in Chorey-lès-Beaune. They were among the first in Burgundy to bottle their own wines in the 1920s. Their Savigny-lès-Beaune 1er Cru 'Champ Chevrey' is a monopole of the domaine, known for its generous fruit, supple tannins, and a distinct elegance that makes it approachable yet capable of graceful aging.
