🏰 The 2021 vintage in Burgundy was marked by challenging weather conditions, including frost and hail, leading to smaller yields but often producing wines of remarkable freshness, purity, and classic Burgundian elegance. Domaine Arlaud's Chambolle Musigny 2021 is expected to embody these characteristics, offering a delicate yet expressive Pinot Noir that reflects the finesse of its appellation. Arlaud is known for its biodynamic practices and crafting wines that are true to their terroir. 【A pure and elegant expression of Chambolle-Musigny from a challenging yet rewarding vintage.】
🍴 This delicate red Burgundy pairs beautifully with lighter, more refined dishes. Consider roasted chicken, pan-seared duck breast, mushroom risotto, or delicate game birds. It also complements charcuterie, mild cheeses, or even a simple grilled salmon.
🥂 Ideal for a sophisticated weeknight dinner, a gathering with close friends, or as an introduction to the elegant style of Chambolle-Musigny. Its freshness and purity make it enjoyable in its youth, but it also possesses the structure for moderate aging.
