Henri Naudin Ferrand, Hautes Cotes De Beaune, 2020
🏰The 2020 Henri Naudin Ferrand Hautes Cotes de Beaune is an 【electrifyingly fresh Chardonnay, crafted by Claire Naudin with a focus on sustainable viticulture and minimal intervention】. This white Burgundy, from south-facing vineyards, offers a pleasing touch of spicy oak on the nose, along with citrus and stone-fruit. What truly distinguishes this wine is its electrifying freshness, leaving a salivating finish. On the palate, expect zippy acidity, lemon, lemon oil, and stone notes, with a touch of cucumber and lime on the finish.
🍴 This vibrant Chardonnay pairs well with roast chicken or turkey, light seafood dishes, and fresh salads.
🥂 An excellent choice for a casual lunch, an outdoor gathering, or as a refreshing aperitif.
