Champagne Thiénot was founded in 1985 by Alain Thiénot, a former grape broker who used his deep knowledge of the region's vineyards to establish his own house. Today, the house is managed by his children, Garance and Stanislas, and is known for its contemporary, elegant style. The Thiénot Blanc de Blancs is crafted exclusively from Chardonnay, primarily sourced from Premier and Grand Cru villages in the Côte des Blancs. It is a refined and luminous Champagne, offering notes of lemon, white flowers, and fresh pastry, with a crisp, chalky finish.
