FEATURES
🏰A distinctive orange wine from Radikon, a pioneer in natural winemaking, this 2021 Sivi is crafted from Pinot Grigio with extended skin maceration. Radikon's Sivi is made from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes, with 10-14 days of skin maceration, imparting its unique amber/copper hue and complex character. It's fermented with natural yeasts in oak vats without temperature control or added sulfur, then aged on lees for a year in large Slavonian oak barrels. "Sivi" means "grey" in Slovenian, referring to the grape's grayish-pink skins.
【Displays a copper hue, with complex aromas of wild strawberries, flowery underbrush, spiced blood orange, candied fruit, tangerine, and baking spices. The palate is vibrant, pleasantly sweet yet tart, with wild berry fruits and sour citrus, leading to a chewy yet fresh finish with rosy inner florals. It's full-bodied, expressive, and mineral, with intense, rich, and very long sips, fine tannins, and savory, tangy umami notes.】
🍴 Pairs well with roasted poultry, mature cheeses, Asian dishes, rich fish courses like tuna, mushrooms, and pasta. Also intriguing with earthy, forest floor impressions.
🥂 A fascinating choice for adventurous wine lovers, a natural wine tasting, or a unique culinary experience.
