Domaine Monier Perréol is a collaboration between Jean-Pierre Monier and Philippe Perréol, located in the Northern Rhône Valley. Both are dedicated to biodynamic farming, cultivating vines on the steep, granitic slopes of the Saint-Joseph appellation. Their approach emphasizes minimal intervention, allowing the pure expression of the terroir. The white Saint-Joseph is typically crafted from Marsanne and Roussanne, offering a beautiful balance of floral aromas, orchard fruits, and a distinct mineral backbone.
