🏰【From a highly respected producer, Alain Graillot's Crozes Hermitage Equinoxe 2023 is an early-drinking, fruit-forward Syrah from a challenging yet promising Northern Rhône vintage】. The 2023 vintage in Crozes-Hermitage, while tricky, produced surprisingly fresh, calm, and balanced wines with sufficiently ripe fruit and gentle tannins. This red wine is expected to be crammed with dark, hedgerow-fruit scents and flavors, offset by supple tannins, and pure berry fruit notes intermixed with herb, licorice, and incense characteristics. It's described as medium-bodied with notes of cherries, red berries, smoke, and violets, offering a crunchy, juicy, and joyful finish.
🍴 Chinese Cantonese food pairing: This versatile Syrah is excellent with BBQ spareribs, grilled duck, or roasted lamb. It also pairs well with hard aged cheeses like Parmesan or Gouda, wild mushrooms, and pepper steak.
🥂 fit for event suggestion: Perfect for casual weeknight dinners, barbecues, or gatherings with friends where a vibrant and approachable red wine is desired. It's a great choice for enjoying in its youth.
BACKGROUND

Plant in well-drained soil consisting of sand, gravel and alluvial stone.
