【From a certified biodynamic estate, this 2021 Gevrey-Chambertin offers a pure, vivid, and delightful expression of a challenging vintage, showcasing Arlaud's mastery.】 The 2021 vintage in Burgundy was a cool and frosty year, leading to low yields and grape health challenges. However, Domaine Arlaud, known for its biodynamic practices, produced pure, vivid, and delightful wines. This Gevrey-Chambertin is deeper and more expressive in its flamboyant style, with lovely fruit and delicate notes. It is very silky, growing in width over the palate, with a vibrant energy and plenty of finishing sweetness. Expect fuller, more forward red fruit aromas.
