Le Rocher des Violettes is an organic estate in Montlouis-sur-Loire, founded by Xavier Weisskopf. While the region is famous for Chenin Blanc, Xavier also produces excellent Chardonnay. It is crafted with precision, offering a crisp, mineral-driven profile with bright citrus and subtle white flower aromatics.
