🏰 The 2010 Chambolle Musigny Les Hauts Doix 1er Cru from Lucien Le Moine hails from a Burgundy vintage renowned for its 【precision and balance, etching itself as one of the defining vintages of the region's resplendent history】. This wine offers an ultra-elegant, airy, and cool nose of 【essence of red pinot fruit and stone aromas】, leading to clean, pure, and silky middleweight flavors that are very Chambolle in character, with a dusty, delicious, balanced, and linear finish. It's a strongly mineral-driven effort, wonderfully poised, and Zen-like.
🍴 This refined red 布根地 pairs beautifully with duck breast with cherries, roasted poultry, tender lamb, or a selection of aged cheeses.
🥂 An excellent 1er Cru with fine mid-term potential, this wine is for collectors and enthusiasts, meriting patient investment due to its potential longevity and rewarding evolution. Decanting can reveal further spice accents and earthy whispers.
