Domaine Prieure Roch, known for whole-cluster fermentation and minimal intervention, owns the entire "Varoilles Monopole" Premier Cru vineyard, making this a truly special and sought-after Burgundy. Expect a wine that embodies Gevrey's power and elegance with a captivating aromatic complexity and textural richness.
