🏰 Coche-Dury's Meursault Les Rougeots is legendary for its rarity and profound expression of terroir, making it one of Burgundy's most coveted white wines. The 2014 vintage, while challenging, produced wines of remarkable precision and tension. 【Expect a captivating bouquet of toasted nuts, buttered brioche, and ripe citrus, underpinned by a striking minerality and a long, saline finish that speaks volumes of its prestigious origins.】
🍴 This exceptional white Burgundy demands equally refined pairings, such as pan-seared turbot with brown butter and capers, roasted chicken with truffles, or a rich lobster bisque. For an elevated experience, consider pairing with aged Comté cheese.
🥂 An ideal choice for a celebratory dinner, a serious Burgundy tasting, or a special gathering where only the finest white wine will do. Its complexity and aging potential make it a true connoisseur's delight.
