FEATURES
Adrien Renoir 'Les Années' Solera Grand Cru Pinot Noir is a non-vintage (NV) Champagne Blanc de Noirs from Verzy, a Grand Cru village in the Montagne de Reims. Adrien Renoir is known for a contemporary approach to winemaking, focusing on precise maturities, barrel fermentations, and low dosages to express the terroir. This cuvée is made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes from Verzy, with the solera system, started in 2013, blending several harvests to create a wine with depth and energy. It is fermented and aged fully in oak barrels using native yeasts and spends at least 24 months on lees, with a restrained Extra Brut dosage. The wine presents a deep, luminous gold color with fine, integrated effervescence. Tasting notes often describe it as mineral and precise, with subtle red berries, citrus peel, and a faint pink hue. It offers a medium- to full-bodied, bone-dry, and tightly structured palate with focused acidity and chalky texture. Aromas can include ripe pear, yellow peach, roasted apple, discreet red fruits, almond, light honey, fine brioche, soft spices, and damp chalk. The finish is persistent and refined, with notes of candied citrus, fresh hazelnut, and rubbed stone. 【A complex and precise Blanc de Noirs Champagne crafted with a solera system for exceptional depth and continuity】.
