This white Burgundy presents a pretty bouquet of white flowers, almond paste, pear, and crisp peach. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied with a satiny texture, excellent concentration, chewy extract, and terrific length. Expect notes of hazelnut, brioche, white peach, oyster shell, crushed limestone, a saline, mineral spine, lemon, green apple, and a hint of smoke. 🍴 This Meursault is a perfect pairing for roast Bresse chicken with cream, Dover sole meuniere, lobster with drawn butter, Comte and Gruyere souffle, sweetbreads with morels, or classic chicken and turkey dishes. 🥂 An ideal choice for a refined dinner party, a special family gathering, or a moment of quiet indulgence.

BACKGROUND

Domaine Pierre Boisson/Anne Boisson is a family winery. The winery is run by father Bernard (retired in 2016), son Pierre and daughter Anne. Although it is the same winery, the wines produced by the three people will be labeled separately. on their respective names. They jointly own 8.5 hectares of land around the Cote de Beaune, and the vineyard's terroir is wet stone and flint, giving the grapes more minerality.
